Mr B said he should have said aw hell that's too much I remember when you could get all this stuff for a nickle!=) CHUCKLE!!! We bought things like Duncan Hines brownie mix that is 5 for 5.00 we got one and used the Flip for Duncan Hines and we got it for FREE We used the Home 360 Flip to get for school goodies for the kids like erasers they are 59 cents so we got them for free plus some overage. We used the guiding star 1.00 off Flip on the cherries that FL has on special for 1.99 a lb we manipulated our cheery bag to get a little over a half a lb We used the 1.00 off Healthy Accents flip to get free emery boards and we also got dental floss that was 1.29 minus the 1.00 flip so we paid .29 cents for the floss. (but really got it for free if you count the overage we got on the erasers. I got super lucky on Friday when I went to FL after work. I found a display with chinet plates ...... the sale is BOGO and there was a pretty little stack of BOGO coupons on top of the display..... THANK YOU FOOD LION EMPLOYEES I can always use free plates! (the kicker is that you can only use 2 qs at a time because the limit is 2 one the FL bogo sale. ) That's OK I make frequent trips to FL anyway! OK my Carpal Tunnel is killing me SO PEACE OUT

Coupons have become such a blessing in my life..... I know I sound fruity as ever, but hear me out
The other night I was in the bathroom... brushing my teeth with my Colgate max toothbrush, and Aquafresh toothpaste the I used my Rembrandt mouthwash. I thought about my John Freida shampoo, and the fact that I don't freak out when the Queen B happens upon my body wash or shaving cream while she is making BOOBLES (that's her words not mine) I would have NEVER bought those items at full price cause lets face it they are just too expensive, but shopping with coupons and having a plan has changed my life. Actively using coupons has genuinely changed my life. Me and my sweet hubby have a hobby that we both enjoy and work together on coupon shopping, blogging and recruiting our friends into our coupon friendly world! My daddy and My dear sis T come to see me once a week.(I bribe them with coupons and deals!) I will miss them when they start shopping on their own! Maybe I won't teach them everything so they will need me forever! (insert maniacal laugh here bwah ha ha ha ha ) Coupons are a beautiful thing. They have helped me stockpile, gave me name brand items, bridged relationships, gave me this blog, and so much more. God bless coupons and God bless all the coupons clippers out there making their own way.

Food Lion is doing "Triple Coupons up to .99; limit 20 manufacture coupons per customer, per visit, per day, no cash back". This is a test run so hopefully if it goes well they will do it at all the Food Lions. I believe K-Mart did a similar test before doubling coupons.

A few more things to look for at CVS this week

There are some great deals going on this week.
I don't always partake in every deal that I post, however I try my best to make sure that each deal I post definitely works!
We are cherry pickers...... meaning we only choose the very best deals at rock bottom prices. I do this now a few months after we started stock piling because we have a nice stock pile going on at the moment. For example the razor deal at CVS this week is a good one but bc I have so many razors from previous deals I probably won't be doing this one myself, however I did clip a few coupons for my daddy.....

I am sad that the John Frieda Coupons I posted about earlier in my CVS scenario weren't in our SS insert, however I did buy some coupons tonight and so the products will cost me around 50 cents each including how much I paid for the coupons.

I hope that couponing is going well for you. I was able to get myself a pretty sweet MP3 player tonight with RR at Walgreens and I am listening to it right now, I think I might burst out into song........
