We did a little food lion shopping today and took daddy with us cause it is Sunday after all! (daddy G has been shopping with us for a while and he gets a kick out it!)In one of his transactions he ended up owing the cashier 33 cents and it was glorious! Mr B said he should have said aw hell that's too much I remember when you could get all this stuff for a nickle!=) CHUCKLE!!! We bought things like Duncan Hines brownie mix that is 5 for 5.00 we got one and used the Flip for Duncan Hines and we got it for FREE We used the Home 360 Flip to get for school goodies for the kids like erasers they are 59 cents so we got them for free plus some overage. We used the guiding star 1.00 off Flip on the cherries that FL has on special for 1.99 a lb we manipulated our cheery bag to get a little over a half a lb We used the 1.00 off Healthy Accents flip to get free emery boards and we also got dental floss that was 1.29 minus the 1.00 flip so we paid .29 cents for the floss. (but really got it for free if you count the overage we got on the erasers. I got super lucky on Friday when I went to FL after work. I found a display with chinet plates ...... the sale is BOGO and there was a pretty little stack of BOGO coupons on top of the display..... THANK YOU FOOD LION EMPLOYEES I can always use free plates! (the kicker is that you can only use 2 qs at a time because the limit is 2 one the FL bogo sale. ) That's OK I make frequent trips to FL anyway! OK my Carpal Tunnel is killing me SO PEACE OUT
